ENROLL BY JUNE 4, 2010, AND GET $10 OFF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE!!!
To enroll, please download the two documents listed above and mail your Registration Form, Registration Fee, and Tuition to FSB, 340 St. Clair Street, Frankfort KY 40601. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a New Student Packet by mail. If the class for which you have registered is already full, we will call you to discuss other options.

Select your age group based on how old you will be on August 15, 2010.
All classes for students age 1-9 include ballet, jazz, creative movement, and tap.
18 month - 36 month olds - $39/mo. (This is a Mommy(or Daddy)-and-Me class.)

3-4 year olds - $39/mo.
Mon 5:00-5:30 or Wed 5:00-5:30 or Thurs 5:15-5:45 or Sat 10:00-10:30
5-6 year olds - $44/mo.
Tues 5:30-6:15 or Wed 5:15-6:00 or Sat 10:30-11:15
7 year olds - $51/mo.
Thurs 5:45-6:45 or Sat 11:15-12:15
8-9 year olds - $57/mo.

10-18 YEAR OLDS are in Leveled classes and can choose to take one or more of the classes as approved by the director and instructors. All new students begin in Level 1.

Tap -- Thurs 6:15-6:45, $39/month
Jazz -- Mon 6:00-6:45, $44/month
REDUCED TUITION FOR ALL THREE LEVEL 1 CLASSES: $75/MONTH
Additional offering for dancers who are in Ballet 1 for at least their second year: Pre-Pointe -- Tues 6:15-7:30, add $24/month. Reduced tuition for all four Level 1 classes: $85/month
